International beta
Selected opt-in players and eligible Skyborne Epic Pack or Warcraft Forever Collection purchasers can participate.
How to join the beta
Check your eligibility
Look for official confirmation of an opt-in invitation, or verify that your eligible pack includes beta access. An installation alone does not prove access.
Read the official sourceChoose the beta in Battle.net
Open World of Warcraft in Battle.net. Under In Development, select World of Warcraft: Forever Beta, then choose Install.
Read the official sourceCreate a test character
Start the beta client with the eligible account. Review the official beta instructions and known issues before reporting a problem.

Confirm mainland beta access
Check access through the Skyborne Epic Pack or an eligible official activity. The mainland process is separate from international invitations.
Read the official sourceUse an official installation route
The mainland pre-download notice offers Battle.net installation and an official full-client download. Use the links in that notice.
Read the official sourceGive access time to activate
The announcement allows up to 30 minutes for access to appear and suggests restarting Battle.net. A download is not confirmation of eligibility.

Official service notices
This guide does not run a live status monitor. Old maintenance notices cannot confirm that the beta is online, offline, or restored now. Check the relevant official channel for current information.
A few practical questions
I installed the client. Why can’t I enter?
Installation and eligibility are separate. Check the correct account and regional beta option. Mainland China also documents an access delay of up to 30 minutes and a Battle.net restart.
Is a level-60 build usable in the beta?
Not necessarily. Beta caps and available skills limit usable points. A planned launch build should not be presented as a verified current-beta build.
