Reach the entrance
- Alliance: enter the city sewers beside the Violet Citadel, then reach the pipe near Cantrips & Crows.
- Horde: use the lake-side sewer tunnel outside the city. One player with a Dalaran Sewer Key can open the gate for the group.
- Follow the long sewer pipe to the instance portal; the map below starts inside the dungeon.
- To summon optional Lyn, collect the Black Tome behind Arugal in Shadowfang Keep and charge it at the Ambermill Leyline Focus to make the Tome of Dalaran.
